ATA interviewed for “Money, power, business at stake in the 2020 census for Central Texas”

ATA executive director Sarah Ortiz Shields sat down with Emma Freer to chat about the impact of the Census on Travis County, the business community and why residents should participate in the 2020 Census.

“Business owners can consult that census data to understand where to open a new location or where cities are expanding,” Ortiz Shields said. “[The census results] are going to drive business decisions for years to come.”
