TechVotes Volunteer Deputy Registrar Training

September 10, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

Want to register your coworkers, friends, and family to vote? Come get trained to be a Travis County volunteer deputy registrar, allowing you to register eligible citizens to vote by distributing, reviewing, and accepting completed voter registration applications. This hour-long training is easy and free – and we’ll set everything up.

This is ATA’s final volunteer deputy registrar training of 2018!

About TechVotes

TechVotes is a nonpartisan Austin Tech Alliance initiative aimed at instilling a culture of civic engagement in Austin’s tech sector. We work with member companies to register their employees to vote; provide access to nonpartisan voting resources developed by TechVotes and other community partners; and make it as easy as possible for people employed in Austin’s tech sector to have their voice heard at the ballot box.
